Yeah this basically. The more muscle u got, how tall u r, etc, ur gonna have higher maintenance.
I aint gonna lie tho its hard for me to lose my belly fat, I wonder if I should get myself tested, thyroid/testosterone etc
But im losing inches so I should be good i think
Edit: 2100 cal cut sounds amazing

deficit means how much under maintenance you're eating bro so you're on a 5-600 deficit

it was hard to give up sweets so I've learnt to make keto substitutes instead lmao
have used dark choc and am now familiar with all those alternative sweeteners lmao
so still eat chocolate and ice-cream but unfortunately have had to give up lollies. the low-carb/no sugar options might as well be a laxative lmao
New video from Minus The Gym on lifters dying young. Had no clue that this guy was on the plant-based wave tbh, I just loved following his channel for low/no equipment exercises.
Seriously guys, you can see that there are top tier elite athletes and lifters that rock the plant based diet. It's easily doable. You all know I'm a hardline vegan but reducing your meat and dairy consumption is gonna do you a world of good. Think about it.
I want to add few vegan meals to my diet but need suggestions
My ex was Vegan and I could've just asked her but since we're not together, I don't want to bother her
What would you recommend? Something that has around 40-45 grams of protein and 30-40 grams of carbs?

I usually eat 50 calories popsicles like lifesavers and stuff. Never checked how much sugar they have but since they only 50 cals does that even matter?
Also dark choc is clutch
A waste tbh, I started lean bulking and haven't looked back. Gonna cut come July unti October

I ball out on carbs and it's late so I'm drawing a blank lmfao but check out Derek Simnett on youtube he's got videos showing what he eats in a day and has lots of info on his website. he eats a real clean whole food diet but makes everything easy to cook so I'm sure u can find a few solid meals to incorporate

What is yalls opinion/advice on a body recomp
depends on your starting build and how long you've been working out. @GodsFavoritePerson explained it really well a while ago but I can't find the post

I’m 5,11.5 and 175. Used to be skinny fat ish but after fairly consistent lifting for 2-3 months ive toned up somewhat (ive been told by my roommates who convinced me to come that i have great body building genes cus of some naturally toned parts of my body like my calves and my relatively quick progress)
Still i still have some fat deposits on my face and butt that im trying to get rid off, probably 10-15 pounds of weight if i had to estimate so not a lot but i wanna keep lifting but having a hard time with energy, diet etc and just what the most optimal strategy would be
