    Basically the less fat you have the harder it will be to lose in a same time frame. Weighing yourself at the same time helps monitor progress too. You're doing good man.

    Best thing you could do to stay on top of it is eat at calorie deficit and N.E.A.T. Things like standing for a meal and taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Burning calories outside the gym is where the real fat losses are

    yeah I’m eating good and being in calorie deficit. I never had abs growing up or ever so I really wanna seee how it really feels. Bruh there are lot of fat People now that u think about it

    I think it has more to do with fast food and foods role culturally than fat acceptance movement tbh

    That and soda. A Big Mac with fries and a soda is 1K+ calories easily. If you’re not working out that’s a pretty big fkn meal

    I don’t eat fast food much, if I do I’ll usually grab chipotle. Not to say I’m super strict with my diet or counting calories, I just never really cared for fast food much.

    Every now and then I’ll grab some Mcchickens tho

    Cannot get over the hump of 205
