finally switching back to the gym after 3 years training from home
lessss goooo boiiiiiiii

Why does The Rock expect anyone to believe him when he says he doesn't juice?
It's highly disingenuous to tell people they can achieve the same results if they work hard enough and if he continues at the current pace he's going to experience health issues later down the line.

Strange tbh
Starting from October 1st
5 3 1 has been good to me. Added 10lbs to bench and overhead press.
Added 30lbs to squat and deadlift.
Going to keep going until March when I'll cut. I'll still be on 5 3 1 but I'm definitely going to stall.
Strange tbh
nobody can achieve the rock's physique him blatantly lying to the public isn't a good look

Fitness tube riddled with people like this. Kinda sick tbh.
Finally got an actual gym membership.
I'm tryna get my legs right. I know calves are genetic but I'm not letting that stop me from getting some gains.
My goal for December is to be 180lbs. I was 173 in October and I looked swole af. F***ed around and now I'm 158 again like I was earlier this year.
So to cut I just up my reps and reduce weight ?
No keep everything the same or move to pure strength like 5 3 1 to preserve strength
No point in lowering weight. At worst you might have to drop a few accessories and throw in intense cardio such as jump rope.
Did my second hiit workout and coulsnt even finish it and body feels like s***, that normal
Im gonna hit a 500 bench this year tbh. I can feel it. My squat is lagging because my knees and want big legs. If I can 500 bench, 500 dead, 400 squat. Beautiful. If I can add 10-20 pounds too, even more beautiful. Will check back when I do. Happy lifting folka

Yeah. Take it a little easier next workout man. I know you got the motivation and desire right now but you don't wanna burn yourself out. Consistency always beats intensity when you're developing a new practice.
Thought I had strep, but my brother is sick too and tested negative. Guessing it's COVID until the test comes back. Sucks for starting the year without any momentum
Guess I'll focus on diet and stretching
Man I took the whole December off…telling myself I’ll get right back to it for the new year and right when January hit, whole family got COVID
Did my first workout of the year finally last night and it felt so good

Don't go too hard if you're just getting back

try to get enough rest between sessions as well but this is pretty normal if you're new to it. I struggled for two-three weeks but gradually got better
absolutely infatuated with this girl i talked to at the gym earlier
shouldve talked to her more f***
