I mean theres not much to it. Just run a lot.
Run 2 miles every day, then when youre ready increase it to 3 miles, 4 and 5.

Interval training, specifically HIIT imo and mix in the occasional slow/steady cardio.
You’ll become more efficient with HIIT and the slow/steady stuff will help you with pacing yourself.
Also make sure you have a fitness tracker to measure your resting heart rate, as you get fitter it should get lower.
I can’t sleep and tomorrow was supposed to be a big day where I workout and eat grass fed and grass finished steak with my friend. It’s not optimal

thought I plateaued but just wasn’t eating enough
3rd day getting about 4000 calories in & already notice the difference, have a lot more energy too

Man that period of time between Xmas and New years is literally golden
Gyms are empty because ppl are still on holiday vacations and the New Year Resolutioners haven’t arrived yet

First figure out your maintainance caloric intake
Track calories
Buy Weight gainer
Literally use high calorie oil in everything that you eat/cook
Have more frequent cheat meals
Avoid high volume low calorie foods like salads and veggies
