    i can do four very good if i eat alot that day

    You stimulate your body in the gym, and your body responds with muscle development outside of the gym

    What affects how well you respond to your training?

    • Sleep quality
    • Nutrition
    • Stress management
    • Minimizing inflammation, other health conditions, etc.
  • Hydration is water PLUS electrolytes (salt, magnesium, potassium, etc.)

    Salt is the most important, because you lose it more when you sweat than mag and potassium

    Get your salt in! (All that anti-salt dogma is for ppl who don't workout / play sports)

    Covid negative but still sick, on antibiotics now, frustrating to be out of the gym this long but hopefully next week

    Man I’m losing weight faster then expected rn which I have mixed feelings about. I’m going to do a template to calculate daily TDEE because I feel my metabolism has been boosted or something because I did a lot of cardio/circuit stuff during our 4 month lockdown.

    Since gyms opened up here again I’ve been losing 0.5kg weekly steadily but think I should reduce it?

    dont go while your on antibiotics that makes you tired when you take it, if you start working out it will just make it worse just get better 1st

    Well I’ve been in and out the gym for the last few months nothing really crazy but immdef tryna put on a good 10 pounds of muscle so I guess whatever would help me bulk? But I also want to stay pretty lean so I guess I would need something new when it would be time to shred?

    Forgive me I’m still a gym nubie I’m tryna really get into it and learn the language and s*** lol

    sounds like some basic c4 would suffice

    it's like the entry level pre workout and you'll definitely feel it if you're a new lifter

    it's not that great of a pre workout when it comes to getting a pump though - but in your case, since your new, it doesn't really matter

    Betttt I’ve def seen C4 around, someone was also telling be about evlution nutrition or sumn like that I didn’t know if anyone ITT has heard or uses that brand. I need to slide to a GNC I guess

    I was doing that last time I had a sinus infection I might be good depending how I’m feeling. Usually i start feeling myself within a couple days on meds

    Nah, I’m wondering if I should just stop the antibiotics but like last time I did that it actually was a sinus infection and came back harder cus like my girl was just saying it’s probably just still covid it’s just lasted so long it’s frustrating

    Most use stevia and sucralose
