Wow so based on score cards 2/5 judges had Brandon first and the other 3 had him second in the pre judging. Meaning flip that for ramy. At the finals all 5 had ramy in first after he tightened up

Ramy really delivered in the night show. Just absolutely massive and peeled. Brandon did amazing too but when Ramy is on point….

This dirty bulk has been the best thing I ever did tbh. I felt disgusting by the end of it & im never doin it again lol but it really forced me to take the gym seriously for the first time in my life
It also got me into powerlifting, forced me to better understand nutrition & supplementation to fix my diet. & I also got to learn so much about general well-being & endocrinology. Last year depression really kicked my ass so this really helped until I got myself out of the hole.
Sorry for goin on a tangent but thing is about working out that I wish everyone knows is that it can help your psyche especially when your down bad. Your brain tends to exaggerate the positives & mitigate the benefits. So when u see the physical rogress happen it can make ur day much more tolerable.
So ya man. By the end of it I went from a skinny-fat 185 lbs a year ago to a fat 225 lbs to a decently big 211. Now I got 15-2o lbs to lose

Yea especially pre judging the lighting was off. I still stand by truff looking slightly better. But again, the height on Chris + him being this complete just makes him untouchable for anyone under 5’9
I'm 70kg 160lbs yall think 120g protein is enough for sustained muscle growth, happy with my weight don't really wanna bulk or cut just maitenenece to lean aesthetic final body. Still able to progressive overload on all my main lifts
