just did 3 sets of a full body workout and it went well
new routine (1 hour):
10 mins upper body and leg warm up
30 mins of 3 sets full body
20 mins of restorative yoga

Eat more healthy fats. Will help. Or if worst comes to worst, get some frozen stuff which won’t be as bad as the takeaway stuff. I always keep some tenders or wings around because of this lol

4-5min on main lifts. 2-3 accessory lifts. 1 min on isolation movements

depends i try maybe 2 mins but if your lifting heavier then take 5 and more to rest
