been doing squats with no belt which is amazing not as heavy as before but the way i was doing it before was wrong i had to learn the basics again same with dead lifts

im thinking about going to 200 or 210 depends, i just want to fill out a lot more
was wondering if theres some guidelines or something for bulking 
or if its just more how you feel
20% isn’t low I wouldn’t be bulking if I was past 20%. You can bulk if ur anywhere between 10-18 IMO
The lower your percentage the longer you can bulk

You could just take turns and rest while the other does their thing. Changing weights on a machine takes no time and if they're gonna be annoying and change settings you can just tell them no.

ehhhh . I was using the hamstring machine where you lay down on your stomach so I was sweating bad and the seat was wet the entire time so I dont think he wanted to lay on my sweat
