What’s pilates like? Want to try it, think it has many benefits but when I’ve gone it has mainly been women. Bat s*** crazy ones or free-spirited ones too I might add 😭🤣 I hate socialising with them so have only gone for a tour but never did a class 😭🤣
lmao the class i go to doesn't use machines so it's very low impact. focuses on breath control, balance and strength. i say try at least one class and see if you like it

i started taking cretin today, but only after the workout i took 2 pills of the akeline one? is it ok to only take 2 pills afterword the workout or do i gotta take 4 pills like it saids? also i know i have to take it on my rest days to but is 2 good enough to take or more?

just got back from it and feel so good. Trainer just told me to freewheel the machines and take notes on em. did arms and chest today, a lil legs. Wondering when hes gonna put me on an actual routine

Go to bodybuilding.com and sign up for their subscription service. They have a ton of workout plans that are pretty good. There's a Jay Cutler one I did a few years ago and it was great.
Good volume. Pushes you as hard as you want to be pushed.

Eggs, sausage, cheese, low carb protein, ground beef, heavy whipping cream, sour cream, lettuce, taco meat, cheese again...
Pretty much all I eat.
