Guys, how do you get your forms right for exercises? I’m struggling with that a lot, i’ve been doing push ups and planks but there’s always something wrong with my body, some body part ends up hurting, and i don’t think my form is ever right

Sounds corny but film yourself and then get advice from a pt maybe
Make sure to get different angles so they can give you feedback

I use pre-workout every now and then but I can go without it. When I do I normally just get smacked before the gym. Getting high really helps me focus both my quality of lifts and my quantity as I have a deeper focus, which allows me to have better control. Also I take longer to tire out. It's become a must for me on my deadlifting days.

I don’t really smoke. I used to be really into lifting but needed a preworkout I overdosed on an ec stack and can’t anymore. Without getting high do you have advice

Only other suggestion I can personally recommend would be a quality brewed black coffee. It tastes awful but you definitely get that caffeine you need power through a gym day without going too overboard with it.

My motivation is simple really, just get in the gym and get to it. Become a stronger me than I was my last session. Also I gotta girlfriend recently so that's been giving me a small lil extra motivation. Give her some good to look at lol
