I thought a week of rest fixed it was super shook when 1 set in aggravated the same area
was able to finish rest of workout for upper back stuff but still
best methods to do this my core probably weakest part of my body thought squats and deadlifts would be enough but probably need to isolate train more

First time back in the gym after like 3 days and doing much better now, considering it's also going in the night time for the first time in a while. Went 3 sets mostly, and on a slight reload too, ngl I feel much better and performing better too.
I really needed this break and deload time, before I was running out of steam and doing quite poorly in the gym
