how long did it take you guys to develop your weak arm to be up to par with your main arm?
Like I can do dumbbell bicep curls with my weak arm for a complete set, but like its still a little weak.
what ive been doing lately is just pumping out extra reps with my weak arm after every set.
Also how long till it actually looks good. Like when I flex both my arms in the mirror my weak arm is definitely different than my main arm

I don't do bicep curls anymore but when I did and I had this issue I'd hit my weak arm first and use that sme rep count on the stronger arm even if it wasn't doing much. I'd do 3 sets maxxed out then drop the weight for 2 more sets.
Also I cut out bicep curls bc I found rows were actually doing enough

idk my weaker arm is ok i guess i also dislocated my shoulder on my weaker arm before to, plus i feel elbow discomfort on my weaker arm to, i dont know maybe i am wrong but doing extra sets might help or might make it worse

Minimize the amount of water you drink prior to meals, throw in some snacks in between, adding sauces and spices to the food really helps the taste
Also adding cardio to lifting helps you become even more hungry. Just my personal advice

Cardio is good for building stamina and your heart anyways, plus it gives you the privilege to eat more since you burning off more calories

eat a lot lift heavy, cut your reps an sets do 3 sets of like 4-7 and limit your cardio also have rest days don't workout everyday but mainly eat lot eat every 2 hours small things with protein though don't go out an f*** around by eating McDonalds donuts etc

Since I'm bulking like 1-2 days off per week

I mean keep in mind I'm doing a PPL routine, one of the best workout routines for bulking IMO and helped me see good results

well for me since i workout from home i only have about to 52 adjustable weights to use but i got a bar to to do pull ups etc before i was lifting heavy only mon-thursday and 3 days off now i still do mon-thurs take friday off back sat for shoulders and take sun off
