did 7 for 1 mile and had to stop bc my mask was filled with too much sweat/it was unbearable as hell

anyone else not as ripped as they thought they would be even with big strength gains. Twenty pounds away from hitting 225 on bench but feel like my chest still isn't chiseled enough. Lower pecs still some flab too

You train your chest for reps at all as well? like 10+
