do the planks on one of those half yoga ball things if your gym has them

instead of straight planks on them i do leg lifts instead, s*** is so much harder than just holding steady lol. plus it incorporates your legs a lot more since you have to balance on it with one foot. your glutes are gonna be killing you by like rep 15
should I be eating like this for a while but with a different protein for 2 meals and have oats honey in the am?

you need carbs even if its a little morning lunch dinner but not to much if ur cutting remember you gotta be burning more calories then ur eating if you wanna see results

idk, intensity minutes are the one stat i don’t check since occasionally it’ll misread my heart rate and think i went way harder than i did. i’d say i usually average a HR of about 130 tho if the run isn’t too hilly
