I didn't count my macros nor calories, all I made sure of was to be in caloric surplus and hit 140-150g of protein per day

Damn that extra 30G is what I need did not know nuts had that much protein. Been doing Intermittent fasting for years getting hella hard to fit in so much food in the window I think my stomach just became small. Usually eat salmon or chicken with bunch of pasta Everyday get Taco Bell later in night for extra calories but not enough protein

100g peanuts = 30g
5 boiled eggs = 30

I literally can't feel my legs (don't forget to stretch at the end of your workouts!). Tomorrow is gonna be super hard and i’m not sure if I’m ready for it smh. Ill do some more stretching in the morning let's see

If I miss water intake, usually when I’m with my girl or getting turnt or sum s*** it be taking me 2-3 days just to get back to peak energy again s*** wild
