    I didn't count my macros nor calories, all I made sure of was to be in caloric surplus and hit 140-150g of protein per day

    F*** me not really doing bulk or cut cycles but just maintence only getting 80-100g protein so hard to eat so much protein everyday need to up to 120g protein

    bruh it's really easy. I can help with tips, what does your diet consist of?

    peanuts are cheap as f*** and I eat 100g per day.

    Easy extra 550 calories and 30g of protein

    Damn that extra 30G is what I need did not know nuts had that much protein. Been doing Intermittent fasting for years getting hella hard to fit in so much food in the window I think my stomach just became small. Usually eat salmon or chicken with bunch of pasta Everyday get Taco Bell later in night for extra calories but not enough protein

    200g chicken breast = 60g
    100g peanuts = 30g
    5 boiled eggs = 30

    here's your 120g

    I've been blazing up even more so than usual to increase appetite and still end up few hundred calories off from my target

    Just finished a 120 min full body workout session

    I literally can't feel my legs (don't forget to stretch at the end of your workouts!). Tomorrow is gonna be super hard and i’m not sure if I’m ready for it smh. Ill do some more stretching in the morning let's see

    Edit: Might split my workout into 2 sessions morning/evening tbh

    If I miss water intake, usually when I’m with my girl or getting turnt or sum s*** it be taking me 2-3 days just to get back to peak energy again s*** wild

    Stunt on those hos. A lot of my motivation in the gym comes from visualizing the built/buffer me stunting in the future
