so i was told that some ingredients in protein or bcaa is what i take while working out can trigger lack of sleep if stopped taking i dont believe the protien part but maybe other things in it or the bcaa? now i take new Zealand pure protein isolate very good what do you guys think about this ?
Idk bout whole routines but two movements you would be STUPID not to include is OHP, Standing DBOHP, and shrugs.
For shrugs, make sure you bend over a bit, engage the core, and then move into the normal shrugging movement.
This will allow for your entire Trapezius to be engaged in the movement rather than just the upper traps

mild scoliosis. doc said that any heavy press could make the curvature worse, so I refrain from doing it :(

ppl is really only if you're going 5-7 times a weak so full body is better. if you just want to get stronger and don't care about astethics, starting strength is a good guide

if you're really struggling to put on weight you could try GOMAD( gallon of milk a day) or just try to dirty bulk with calorie dense food (poptarts is a good example). Preacher curls and hammer curls are good bicep excersizes that will grow your forearms too but if you want big arms you need to hit triceps

I did that GOMAD s*** last year, I was so bloated and felt like s***. Honestly it’s my fault I got up to 160 and throughout the year dropped all the way back to 140
