abs might b the worse workout i do a tone of cardio but hate doing abs, but i need to get started on it because i'm getting that lean body pretty soon.

squats a b**** but they are way easier than they look once you get in the habit it becomes easier like any exercise.
just need that motivation to start doing them atm i'm more focused on everything bar abs.

I don’t think so. Chest is just sore, feels like Mike Tyson used it as a punching bag lmao.
I took a break for 10 min then benched just a plate and it was alright, didn’t feel anything. Decided not to go any heavier.
Did few light chest exercises and finished off with triceps. Tried doing dips but that hurt on the way down.
I’m a rest chest for a week, hopefully it heals by then and there nothing serious internally.

I was low key shaky and decided to not my ego get in a way.
205 is not even heavy, I do 10 reps with it usually. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if I dropped heavier weight.
