    I put in all my information and it came out at 1,508 calories daily needed for weight loss

    this is such a low number for cutting. are you already lean or what?

    I’m 170 pounds if that helps. When I put in all my numbers and put that I’m tryna lose 2 pounds of fat a week, that’s the number it gave me

    tracking calories using myfitnesspal
    eating 500 calories under my TDEE, one cheat meal per week
    eating a high amount of protein, aiming for 1g of protein per lb of goal bodyweight (I normally get 150g a day minimum)
    weight training 3-4 times a week (none in November due to lockdown)
