    Man idk what the f*** is going on by I can farmers walk more weight for longer distances.
    Was able to do 2 full laps instead of 2 and a half.

    My trap bar should be coming in today in time for a pull sesh

    Hold on for dear life, but when your arms and hands are tired DO NOT curl up your arms, keep your arms straight down at all costs otherwise you may tear your bicep.

    I'm starting a new program probably next month.

    Barbell Medicine The Bridge, it's a pure strength program.

    Can't wait to do it honestly

    Jeff is currently d*** free in my opinion but he isn't a natty.

    He used to compete, had a roided out of his mind physique and then worked his way up as an influencer. Now he's potentially still juicing but his physique is not really suspicious. He's a midget, seems well proportionate, has decent body fat percentages and has a believable look in general.

    But he ain't no natty. Once you hope on gear, it'll follow you your whole life. Some will be lucky enough to keep many of the benefits using gear (not talking about gains but hormonal disposition) as well as f***ing many things up in the process.

    But yeah.

    jeff's peak physique was not even remotely close to being 'roided' out lmao

    how is this a roided out physique he looks natty af anyone with half decent genetics can look like jeff on stage or better tbh

    i genuinely think some of yalls expectations are too low

    Try depth push ups

    Like put something under your hands (e.g. books/bricks) and when you are going down, go down so that your chest is below your hands

    If that doesn't make sense lmk and I'll find video

    I was supposed to get off night shift in January, but they pushed our return date back to April...

    Man...

    At least by April when I return I'll go from the scrawny guy to someone with respectable size on them lol. I've been gone since September from my original crew.

    This is natty eh? I don't have low expectations, but there's no natty I know of having capped delts like that or even balloon-like chests. His chest or delts as of right now look absolutely nothing like what they used to be. He was on gear and may be off cycle or on very low doses of TRT. My shoulders are one of my strongest points and don't even nearly pop like that WITH A PUMP.

    A good comparison is that midget streamer who has pitch same mensuration as Jeff. He's kinda jacked and still looks like twice as small as Jeff in comparison. .

    Here he is outsizing another roider.

    So yeah, he may be d*** free now but he's no natty.
