    Literally posted about this a few months ago — tried pea protein and hated it, but it was also a blessing. Started taking 4 scoops a day of it to finish it and my gains started going through the roof on a cut lol.

    In a similar situation again, but this time it’s whey just happens to be nasty so I’m taking 6 scoops a day to get rid of it

    im gonna try that but the chalky taste and texture makes me wanna projectile vomit.

    was also gonna experiment with putting it in more savory foods i.e. stews, but it kinda defeats half the purpose of a protein powder.

    Nah, just gulp it down instead of drinking it. Also, don’t breathe while gulping it.

    It’s not bad if you do those two things

    Can’t really afford to go to the gym anytime soon. So I started doing pushups last night in my room. I did 60. I realized last night how badly out of shape I am 😔 I’m sore from it. I’m still gonna do 60 tonight. Eventually I want to up them each week.

    It's supposed to be a beginner program. I said a few weeks but it was rly more, probably 8 weeks so far. What are you using?
