your push days might be long but you'll notice that your pull day won't take nearly as much which makes sense cause you're only hitting biceps and back.

when I ran PPL, at every pull workout I had enough time at the end to hit my core.

switch it up and besides PPL always made more sense for me, nearly all chest/shoulder exercises hit both muscles and tris, so to hit them all in the same day while they're warm feels like the most optimal thing to do. and they get to rest during your pull days ya know

    sounds like a stronglifts derivative.

One of my two workouts is similar. Ohp, conventional dead’s, back squat and then any accessories

    I left out the accessories
    They are...
    Barbell curls
    Barbell Row
    Weighted sit ups

Yes it is a strong lifts derivative called fierce 5

Going to move onto fierce 5 intermediate by January Or if I keep stalling on two major lifts.

10g of ground beef - 50g of protein.
Rice and potatoes - 5-10g of protein.
    3 eggs - 18 grams of protein

You mean 100g of ground beef my guy?

You want to destroy your joints and ligaments and deal with permanent damage for life? Especially when older?

You want deceased sexual function, which can sometimes be permanent?

There's a host of other side effects and tissues with them.

No, don't take them, weightlifting naturally is a slow process, takes years of hard work. I for one won't take them, most people have very high untapped natural potential but don't realize it.

I'm already 29 years old and have a s***ty beer belly, I don't wanna have to wait f***ing years to get into good shape again. You're right about the downsides though, I'll have to reconsider this decision.

I was ripped as a motherfucker back in high school and college days, used to participate in wrestling and heavy weightlifting

Then lift hard and cut and beer belly will he gone.

I'm skinny but have made significant strength progress and I noticed I don't look frail anymore. I have been lifting for 3 months. I'm 6'2 so it will take YEARS maybe 2 or 3 for me to look jacked.

Even just this small difference in my look is a big confidence booster.

If you have prior lifting experience, it'll take you 6 months to get back everything you lost

    so what I'm 28 too...

You'll never have that as a roider, whatever you lose, you'll lose forever as well as ending with a limp d***

also gonna be hard to get p**** with the bald head you'll get innit

A good example of this is Connor Murphy, dude pulled the emergency break cause of the side effects and is stopping roids but his body will just never look the same and it's f***ing with him and his audience heavily.

some people get away with it but it's rare.
