    nope putting this outside in my backyard. I have no other option with no gym safe enough for me to go to while im still living with my parents for two years

    gotta do the maintenance to keep this when I move out.

    Wish I could have afforded that and find it in stock during pandemic season lol. I got me the black zinc bar since I'll be storing it inside the house. My gym is gonna be outdoors since my house too small

    5 + 1 sprint session and mobility

    sometimes do rowing instead of sprinting if my legs are shot tho

    how many times a week are yall working out lately? I have been doing 5 times a week

    about 12 miles in the morning and 5 in the evening 6 times a week, 24-mile long run on sunday + a full-body lift monday and core/hip work on wednesday

    tryna stretch out the long run and work up to 20 miles in the morning and 10 in the evening the other days by the end of november to hit a 200-mile week did it once last november and it hurt like a b**** but s***’s so gratifying. you feel superhuman

    So far the 4000 calorie diet is doing wonders for me, for the first time I haven't stalled on the bench.

    Picked up the bar and thought it was too light lol.

    i run 100 mile weeks lol i’m supposed to be skinny. only hitting the gym for strength and toning not mass

    you got a fast metabolism body so getting ripped 4 u is super easy but to gain weight how are you for that good or bad?

    I'm doing 3x5 for now on big compound movements.

    My routine called for 2 x 15 calf raises
    3x10 reverse flys
    3x10 tricep extensions

    Since I hit weight Increasesd sets too.

    3 x 15
    5 x 10
    5 x 10

    I completed them so it's time to add weight

    you got a fast metabolism body so getting ripped 4 u is super easy but to gain weight how are you for that good or bad?

    no idea; i’ve been running a lot since i was 12(10 years) so i’ve never not been a string-bean. ill probably try bulking up whenever my legs can’t run high mileage, hopefully that day’s at least a few more years away though. i’d prefer to just be that 60-year old that looks 45 and goes on an hour jog every morning, just with a bigger upper body. if i hit 60

    still, my weight fluctuates a lot; i could be 152 at the start of the week at 158 by the end, or vice versa. it’s usually somewhere in the 150’s though, lowest i’ve been is 145 this year

    your put on 10 pounds of muscle you will be good at around 165 to 168 just eat every three hours like peanut butter sandwich almonds nuts and your good you would have to lessen your cardio a bit though to keep the muscle on

    no offense but ik what im doing lol. like i said, running is my exercise priority; i’m not trying to gain mass i’m just trying to get some extra strength to run faster. thanks tho
