    I’m the same thing home gym I got a pair of adjustable weights up to 60 bar resit bands but it takes me a while to work out from home usually longer then going to the gym so I feel it about up to 2 hours or longer sometime but you can be different but check out that YouTube channel you should be good

    to ask you have adjustable weights/ if so yu may have a problem if the dials dont work i have a good video to help you

    I have different weights I’ll just put on the bar, not specifically adjustable dumbbells. I’ll let you know when the package arrives and I get started ;)

    Anyone have a good workout routine? I mainly do

    Backs & Bi’s
    Chest & Tri’s
    Shoulders & Legs

    Just started working out and split it this way. Is this a good routine? How many sets & reps is a good enough workout before heading out?
    Any advice helps. Thanks

    this is what I do except I do shoulders on the chest and back days and leave Legs by itself. Usually legs is my shortest workout day so since I finish early I just workout whatever I feel like to do. But yea youre split is good to me. For sets and reps I tend to do
    4x8-12/12-15(if its easy for me). For like heavier lifts like the bench press, I do 5x5. I usually spend an hour and half to 2 hours at the gym too.

    YOUR JUST starting thats why as you improve different ways will be needed to workout by feeling sore i posted a video up there on like the top of this page check it out for chest

    list the different types of workouts and sets and reps youre doing for each day. Also what do you mean by not taking breaks? Like rest between sets or rest days?

    Idk the name of all the types of workouts I do. Example for chest day
    3 sets of 10 bench
    3x10 tricep workout
    3x10 butterfly chest
    3x10 diff tricep workout
    3x10 chest machine
    3x10 3rd tricep workout
    All that w 10-15 min cardio before or after and I’m done.
    I take max 30 second break between each set and when switching from one workout to another

    Workout A
    Squat 3x5
    Bench press 3x5
    Pendlay row 3x8
    Reverse flies - 3 x 10
    Calf raises - 2 x 15
    Barbell tricep extension 3x10

    Workout B
    Front Squat 3x5
    Overhead Press
    Romanian Deadlift 3x5
    Bent over barbellbrow 3x8
    Weighted crunches 2x15
    Curls 2x10

    hurt my chest the other day went to the doctor and without any tests said it was probably a pec tear but i don't have any bruising

    she said if i just take it easy and wear a sling it should heal within 6-8 weeks, has anyone had something similar? it's been like 3 weeks and i already feel much better i'm just worried i won't make a full recovery. it would be pretty discouraging if i even hit like 90% recovery tbh
