I’m the same thing home gym I got a pair of adjustable weights up to 60 bar resit bands but it takes me a while to work out from home usually longer then going to the gym so I feel it about up to 2 hours or longer sometime but you can be different but check out that YouTube channel you should be good

this is what I do except I do shoulders on the chest and back days and leave Legs by itself. Usually legs is my shortest workout day so since I finish early I just workout whatever I feel like to do. But yea youre split is good to me. For sets and reps I tend to do
4x8-12/12-15(if its easy for me). For like heavier lifts like the bench press, I do 5x5. I usually spend an hour and half to 2 hours at the gym too.

Idk the name of all the types of workouts I do. Example for chest day
3 sets of 10 bench
3x10 tricep workout
3x10 butterfly chest
3x10 diff tricep workout
3x10 chest machine
3x10 3rd tricep workout
All that w 10-15 min cardio before or after and I’m done.
I take max 30 second break between each set and when switching from one workout to another

Bench always used to be my lagging. That s*** highkey so mental, Gotta grab the bar with all the hate and anger in my heart
hurt my chest the other day went to the doctor and without any tests said it was probably a pec tear but i don't have any bruising
she said if i just take it easy and wear a sling it should heal within 6-8 weeks, has anyone had something similar? it's been like 3 weeks and i already feel much better i'm just worried i won't make a full recovery. it would be pretty discouraging if i even hit like 90% recovery tbh
