Seems to me people like to complicate things and do the most so when they fail, they have something to blame. Oh that keto diet doesn't work, intermittent fasting didn't give me any results... etc

Like if you’re trying to stay at maintenance week then yeah
I’m trying lose some pounds but I intended for my deficit to be close to like 400-600 calories.
I think with the deficit being this high i run an increased risk of losing muscle, especially since I know I’m not hitting my target protein intake. That’s the main issue

Nope. I think I can get even bigger and stronger. I'm in no rush, my body has taken enough wear n tear at 22 lol.

Couldn’t do my morning gym sesh today. Had to go in the afternoon. Some girl was doing acrobatics on the squat rack. All the old people hogging the equipment. Some hulk mf going round talking to everyone, I wonder what he wears outside of the gym bc those shorts looked like briefs. Am not doing this again
