Should be normal but I think my body is not favoring the estradiol spike & am not planning to drop the fin. So I wanna know whether it’s better to straight up take very low dose AI or jump on something like danazol or provirin cause I heard they reduce SHBG & estrogen. Which is perfect tbh cause I have a s*** ton of test so if that becomes free test I’ll be one badass natty mfer. Plus it brings down the E2 which is wat am looking for primarily. 2 birds 1 stone

Doubling up my resistance bands on every exercise now. I love how they're essentially just like freeweights in that you can easily progress with them. Just add resistance instead of weight.

I don’t think so at least there are no clinical data to say so. It’s mechanism of action also works to open up the potassium channels so it’s entirely non-steroidal nor hormonal. I’ve been using it for a minute now & my test is p high for a natty

My normal baseline pre-lifting test was like 850. That was when I was like 16 & got on accutane. I jut found the blood work recently
I think after starting lifting it shot up a bit. Am also habitually taking zinc & a test booster pre-workout. U can argue it don’t do s*** but idk. Lowest I’ve got in recent years has been 900 during lockdown. S*** diet & no excerise at all
My plan is to stay supplement free until end of sept. Then I’ll jump on mk677, creatine, I-carrin 70%, k2 vit, zinc & high EPA Omega 3. That should really put my natty test production to its max & make me as wide as possible “naturally”
By feb I’ll drop the creatine & mk677 for the cut & jump on a mild aromatose inhibitor or some other s*** that can suppress my E2 levels mildly. Am researching sarms rn & if I find one that has a good anabolic/androgenic ratio & won’t suppress my natural test production am def adding that.

You have to get those estrogen levels in check asap, or you're going to develop gyno and that s*** is permanent.

Nah am not genetically predisposed to gyno even at wat above average E2 levels. Mine are high but they aren’t supraphysiologically high. It’s still well within the normal 4-6% of total test range. It’s just because my total test is above average that my E2 is also above average. Test aromatizes to E2. My only issue is penile sensitivity cause I think my body is used to high T/low E. That’s caused by the drop in DHT & spike in E2 & Test from finasteride. A girl has to literally grind on me for a good 15 min only so I can smash with a semi

consuming enough protein just doesnt seem possible to me. obviously i get there being vegan and building muscle is totally viable but if im being completely honest, im just a bit too lazy to even try to do it right now.
it's already hard enough for me to put on mass eating normally, being vegan right now would just make that a more strenuous process.
i think once i finally get to a point where im content with my physique ill probably go vegan

I mean, I find it pretty easy to get 3000cal and 150g protein for reference. And I've always been a skinny hard gainer. But now I'm finally putting on a pound a week on essentially a whole food plant based diet.
I think it's worth seeing if it's possible for you to hit your goals right now, or at least start minimizing the animals you eat in the meantime. If you can drop beef and dairy those are the worst in terms of environmental impacts. Plus cows milk f***s up your hormones.
