Wake up, take my pre-workout, eat a banana, lift heavy s***, run 2 miles minimum. Thats what my workouts consists of. Lost 11-12 lbs so far! I used to weigh 175 lbs before getting fat. And my recent peak weight was 210 lbs. and I felt like s***. And I’m feeling better and more confident.

I don't know how to prove it, but I think I've lost a little bit of muscle during quarantine. Weight's about the same though, so I probably gained some fat
Bodyweight exercises + 10lb dumbbells just not cutting it for me lol, and all the stuff online is sold out smh

Are you eating a fair amount? Technique is key remember it’s better to do 12 solid reps than 6 sloppy ones and if that means lifting lighter than do so. You’ll get there. And slow progress isn’t negative progress
