i've been working out consistently for about a month in my basement and already seeing noticeable progress
upgraded my setup too
got some gymnastic rings and dip bars to further my calisthenics desires
i am addicted to my rings
love calisthenics
what are some good cardio besides machine to strengthen your knees
would probably have to be something low impact but where you can add resistance like stair master or the bike
or a static exercise like kettlebell swings or mountain climbers

I really had the urge to hop on gear, so I got updated labs. My natural testosterone is 700 and it was 520 just 3 months ago, and all of my health markers in my Comprehensive Metabolic Panel and CBC are within range and healthy.
Part of me was hoping that my testosterone would come back lower so I could have an excuse to go for it. Now I’m like do I really want to risk my health? But on the other hand, since my blood work is good maybe I will respond well to a light cycle and not damage my health. A lot to think about.

Yeah, in my opinion if your natural test is low already it doesn’t really matter if you permanently mess up your production. It’s recommended to get blood work before so you know your baseline. So that was part of the reason I did, also I already inject various peptides so I was curious to make sure nothing I’m currently taking is negatively affecting me

Vitamin D, boron, zinc/magnesium all potentially increase testosterone to different degrees. Boron is particularly good because it increases your free test that your body actually uses. There’s also supplements like tongkat ali and ashwagandha as well. I’ve been using Tongkat, vitamin d, and boron

eat the same dont eat junk food drink pop drink as well do cardio watch what you eat i do this on a normal basis since i am diabetic type 1 also drink lots of water and coffee
