i used my gyms pendulum squat for the first real time today, and man that s*** is hard lol. on thursday i did 530lbs for 3x10 on belt squat and all i managed to get up to on the pendulum was 100lbs with 30lbs up front for one set of 12. i also did a set of 70lbs and 90lbs though when i was just trying to get a feel for it. i think i could probably add another 10lbs or 15lbs for 3 full sets next week

what is a pendulum squat rack look like never heard of it is it a smith machine
quads and hamstrings always tend to be sore a lot idk if its because i use a lacross ball on them everyday for conditioning i always stretch everyday i think because i stretch everyday its overdoing it? plus i use a foam roller as well any tips ?

because your feet are at an angle your butt moves in an arc and you can get super deep incredibly easy. you put weight on the front so that it's basically like a seesaw and it assists you when you push up. they aren't super common in gyms but i think they're becoming more popular

seen someone do this a week ago he was doing incline bench free weight he added a 25 plate to the bench and i said'' why did you add a 25 plate'' he said so you dont have much leg drive when doing it plus you get more arch on the lift

you cant just keep your muscles under tension that aint how it works. if i understood you right bro wants to basically barely move and increase gains that way? you need ROM for that

this one you just have to mix a lil bit of honey, and put some granola in it if you want. s*** becomes elite

for adding the 25 lbs on the bench when he sits on it or incline? from what he told me it was because so he does not want to involve leg movement to much because he is dealing with a leg injury
