    When I do abs it seem like my legs hurt more

    Leg raises? Or a different ab exercise? Sounds like you're using your leg muscles more than you're abdominals so you might need to do a simpler version of the exercise or another exercise to stregthen your abs first

    Hmmm not sure what they’re called
    Basically on your back at 45 degree and do bicycles and then scissors
    I think those were the workouts that triggered it

    you have weights? if so do high reps if ur weights are low weights like 35 pounds

    Yeah I do and will do. Found out from counting calories that I’m not getting enough protein in so that may be why I’m stuck at 205 atm

    try it and see do like 5-6 reps at 25x
