That’s a pretty ignorant and short-sighted way to look at things. A president can’t even make serious material changes in a term, but these peoples’ accomplishments are invalidated if they don’t do that with significantly less power or influence?

They are setting a precedence. We can all agree that Biden is not very ambitious when it comes to progressivism, and even he is setting a new bar here.

What good is representation if the people put in those positions aren't actually fighting for the people who look like them, or in many cases are actively harming them

People that think we as a country are gonna go from our views and policies in 4 years under Trump to a progressive system that has never even been implemented in the US are delusional.
