Sometimes it be like that and I feel it. I use to have anger issues when I was younger and I use to get into it with people over nothing. But I'm telling you at times there's absolutely nothing to gain from it and you're better off expending that energy elsewhere. We only have so much energy to use in a day it's best to not waste it.
