As black people, we give our power away repeatedly. And we wonder why we're on the bottom; giving our votes to the white man who never did next to nothing for us.

We are the political hoe for the democrats; we don't negotiate for our vote; we give it away freely. We did the same for Obama, yet he didn't do s*** for us.

We're more upset at Ice Cube for fighting for our black people than we are at Joe Biden for locking up hundreds of thousands of blacks over petty charges.

We call Ice a coon, a sellout, yet we freely give our votes to the democrats year after year after year after year after year with nothing given back to us, but mass incarnation.

We're mad at Trump, but he isn't the one that signed the 1994 crime bill to put hundreds of thousands of black men in jail.

We're mad at Trump for the killings of black people, but when Sandra Bland, Freddy Gray, Trayvon Martin, Eric Garner and many others that were killed under Obama, there was no push back at him. Blacks love symbolism, so they let it slide because we had Obama during that time.

And now, Biden for some reason is the black people's white Jesus, hoping and praying he will save them from the things he oppressed them of.

Our mental process is f***ed and we are an ignorant people. That's exactly why we will always be at the bottom. Some of our people are just stuck on stupid.

And what are your solutions? You sure have a lot of criticisms

Joe has admitted he messed up and has changed his views

Trump still has those views and what has he done to fix the problem?

Trump has taken away things from minorities and given everything to the wealthy (corporate tax cuts, large stimulus for corps, depreciations on commercial properties, easing regulations, etc)

    Hmm you may be right

I thought executive order may allow for it

Executive orders are so unclear, any more clarity on it?

Executive orders use other laws that already exist to enforce new things as law. You have to have some kind of basis in the Constitution or in already existing law to enforce these things tho. With congress you can legislate and make new things laws and change the rules of the whole system.

Congress can make laws to overrule most of these orders and new Presidents can easily remove these orders.

Executive orders are just so that the President can enforce laws, per the Constitution.

In recent years Presidents have used them more and more as laws but they aren't really laws. They can have the effect of laws because the President enforces the law so his orders act as law but they aren't laws.

Don't vote for these politicians. It's common sense. Hold your vote from them and force them to listen.

Insanity is doing the same s*** over and over and expecting change i.e we've been voting for the past 150 yrs (since emancipation) and expecting the white man to save us.

What has any of these past 45 presidents done for us blacks besides continuing to practice racism?

Now we all happy and s*** because Biden will win (possibly) and Trump will be out.

What achievement is that us? What, we got Trump out?

We will still get killed, will still be at the bottom, and will still experience racism.

There is no achievement for us.

That is my understanding, but not my expertise at all, so thx

The last paragraph is where it is vague/gray area

Not actually a law, but enforced like one, so it is essentially as powerful as many laws (for laws that exist on some basis)
