gnarlynastyWho gonna own the apartment complexes and who’s gonna make sure people pay on time? It’s a business and it’s a privilege/responsibility to own an apartment. I agree,there are bad landlords but there are laws to handle those types now. Only thing I’d like to see improve is living conditions in apartment complexes in lower income neighborhoods.
Other than that,landlords are gonna have to exist whether their called landlords or not cause someone has to be over the apartment complex. Every business needs an overseer.
the people hold them in commune, and there should be no charges to live in one, but in the meantime, rent could be a collective approach in order to maintain the upkeep of the complex.
