Waiting on Clark county to finish their recount and release the results either tonight or tomorrow morning. They are historically blue, so 95% chance Biden is winning is my projection as of right now!

TubigIt makes a lot more sense then than it does now. At the time if you're in Rhode Island, why would you give up sovereignty by joining the United States if New York controlled all the laws? It was called "The Great Compromise of 1787". It was necessary at the time but seriously flawed now.
The problem is it would take a lot of politcal power to overturn the electoral college, and when the system benefits the republicans so much they won't concede it. That's why the best way to reverse this is to turn Texas blue. If Cali and Texas were both blue than the republicans would have 0 shot at a presidency.
Hmm so basically we using old benefits and tryna still apply them today when times have changed.
Has anyone been supposing a change? Or “dems too p****” the clear reasoning? I can see why republicans don’t wanna change if they keep winning off it
