i haven't seen anything at all here in center city and my friends elsehwere (north-east and mid-south philly) haven't either.
only thing which was a little suspect was there was a person inside the polling place (not outside, literally inside) giving out fliers explicitly telling people to vote all Democrat, but its not like it actively was preventing or intimidating anyone. they probably just took a video of one or two crazy people somewhere in the city and blew it up.
