just want to note i voted in philly today - around center city - around 1 or 2pm and it was literally empty. Like complete ghost town. I was literally the only person at the polling place except for an 80 year old man who was leaving the polling station. I know people usually have work at mid-day, but it was definitely not like this in 2016 (albeit I was in NYC in 2016, but regardless). Bizarre

Trump leaving it up to governors is a major plus in people’s eyes because they view it as him refusing to power grab. He had every right to enact an emergency mandate to take control of every American’s life and he turned it down. Like he said, it’s a virus, act carefully and make the best decision for yourself.
