It's really not that bad. Gone to plenty of concerts in that area.

I personally park across the street from the College Football Hall of Fame and walk to the stadium, it's like right around the corner. There's a Waffle House next to it and it's a well lit area after shows.
Otherwise, check out the Silver Deck (attached directly to the stadium) or CNN deck (across the street from arena). If none of those work, you'll pass so many lots, there are a lot of parking options.
