Practically no chance this goes anywhere near 10 dollars unless market at large drops like 25% or we see another nkla type event hurt spacs.

Buying at Net Asset Value is really only a strategy for pre LOI spacs with good management teams and sponsors. In a case like this with an announced target and Definitive Agreement, almost no shot it goes close to that. As far as when to get in, that depends on your risk tolerance. I see far more upside but I'm a fairly risk averse investor so my "recommendation" would be to just start dollar cost averaging in. If it drops load up, if it slowly rises I'd even average up.

i've been in this since $11 and have averaged up to a cost basis of 12.50 every "dip" day.
