Now that it’s pretty clear they’ll only be adding seized assets for a while they’re also more incentivized to seize peoples crypto any chance they get.

That's the thing about this presidency is congress won't even bother. Trump gets whatever he wants pretty much.

Supreme court will rule against him every now and then but will let him do just about anything.
