Idk but it seems you’re letting your past bleed into your current trading decisions most likely & u need to be fresh again.
Maybe u need to learn more, & take steps so that you’re not in a position to make compulsive decisions with high amounts of money

I’ve lost what felt like large amounts in the past quickly margin trading, it can be a dopamine explosion doin high leverage. Notice what skills u have when it comes to trading / investing and focus on them

For me, mostly it was finding obscure lowcap projects

If you have $1000 you’re willing to lose, find new up and coming chains/ecosystems with a future and invest into any defi project or anything with utility really( sprinkle in some memecoins too if ur feeling bold ) these can usually do really well in the short term. Also don’t be afraid to jeet at 2x-10x as long as you’re making money that’s all that matters. Volume for new chains is low af so most projects don’t really do 100x

On Telegram there’s public groups for chains where people talk about projects, join those to stay informed. Watch out for rugs and honeypots, a lot of those on new chains. Also don’t bother swing trading low caps. I basically 30x my portfolio this month by doing this s*** but lost a lot swing trading too

Some of the ecosystems i’m grinding rn are Metis,Cro,Milkomeda

NFA i’m ed don’t take advice from me, if you’re thinking about doing this just say goodbye to ur $1000
