Listen, I like some equities. I'm actually really bullish long-term on things like biotech these days

I've been bullish on Tesla for years myself. Seems like it will become the biggest company in the world if they continue along as they are now

But Crypto has been the better time spend, and for young people it is the no-brainer to generate meaningful returns. Especially when you have little money saved

People think there's less risk in the stock market, well go look at the % down the momentum stocks are from their all time highs a few months ago

That's not to say you shouldn't LEARN about finance though, to build a solid a***ytical framework and understanding can be applied to stocks, crypto, commodities, etc. I wouldn't know where to start if I didn't have a finance or tech background to understand things at a fundamental level like the "pros"

I think its mostly because nobody on here has a f***ing clue about stocks or a good track record with them to be trusted.

I mean weren't people ITT going crazy for the coinbase, roblox and Rivian IPOs? Other popular suggestions were Nio, CCIV/Lucid and tesla. Most are gunna be underwater from them all except lucid and tesla, although to be fair most people are going to be underwater regardless unless they've been short from November and nobody likes bears here.

I WILL short tesla to the ground though.

I'm just riding out and not freaking out. I don't know enough about finance techniques or strategies to make more money during bearish phases or dips like that besides DCA or Hodl which I assume a lot more people are like me here.

So it's probably the best time to learn the fundamentals or basics of chart reading and researching before things blow up again.
