this is definitely not financial advice but some people take out loans against their ETH on one of the many low APY defi pools and then convert that to UST and then get 20% a year via anchor and then buy silver on mirror with aUST you have from staking UST and sell it on the terraswap (silver short or you farm mirror with the silver to earn more) for ust to stake more ust on anchor

25% APR (5% from mirror farm) with a 50% borrow against the ether if silver doesn't pump

also you gotta worry about getting liquidated hehe so there is risk

They're both pretty good aswell. Hecate performing very well today too, up 158%. I'm bullish on minimetis because they're building a Dex. That starledger nft project looks promising aswell.
