anyone know good resources for security across the board (email and banking associated with exchange accounts, keeping web browsers and phone access secure, 2FA, passwords, whitelisting, etc)
have only been using an exchange up til now and had a weird sign in issue today. might be nothing, IP address activity on my account looks fine but froze my account for now. going to look into wallets this weekend

I use 1Password for my passwords, MS Authenticator for my 2FA and stamp my seed phrases into a steel plate and store it in a safe.
