anything is better than the canadian dollar long term bro
NOW I KNOW WHERE THIS IS FROM.
I remember hearing about this company about 8 months ago. They been around for like 10 years and they just started becoming profitable in like the last couple quarters.
I cant remember exactly what they do but it was like security or software I think? I remember hearing about thiel being part of it and it sparked my interest. But it was months ago and I wrote it down and forgot about it.
Yeah he's a pretty interesting and brilliant guy. Also, Biden's pick for Director of National Intelligence advised Palantir for a bit, and she worked in the Obama administration. Apparently Biden's budget cuts to the military are being propped up with the belief in part that Palantir's software can help fill in the gaps with it's usability and ease in pulling disparate and maybe outdated data sets together, across agencies.
I don't completely understand it but I also don't completely understand how a computer works, but I know Apple makes them well. This probably sounds naive but I'm just being honest. Based off of Thiel's reputation, and the company's government ties and slow burn approach to monopolizing their industry, I'm confident in the short and long term.
On a side note I've been reading that Thiel has invested 125 million into a psychedelic, therapeutic startup. I'll definitely be keeping a close eye on that. If someone can figure out a way to legally administer mushrooms to deal with mental health issues I truly think that would be a world changing company.
Holding 6 shares in $APPL I hope something big happens
Just keep adding to that when you can. Apple's a lifetime hold to accumulate wealth for retirement IMO.
i woke up to a massive dip smh
1k gone from my portfolio πππππππ
That extra cash sounds nice but we hold gang
