If we drop 15-25% in the US in the next 6-12 months, that would likely send us down to around 20k (possibly a bit lower if it happens very soon)

If stock markets keep pumping then we maybe we bottomed around 28k and we’ll reach a new high in the next yr (probably much sooner)

i don't think people consider the months of downtrend and alts nuking in mid 2017 a full bear cycle.. bitcoin just happened to not go as deep that time, i remember in 2016 all the way up to the summer of 2017 alts ran insanely and then all nuked 70%+

but yeah I think stocks and rising asset prices will determine the prices of the crypto in the short term, for similar reasons precious miners drop when markets do

also recently a lot of people have been calling for a 10-25% stock market correction but the stock market is at record levels of margin i seriously doubt a 25% crash is possible it would quickly get far deeper once people start fearing margin calls
