yeah will think about some Defi alts that have taken a beating also if we nuke deep I'm sure those will be easy 10xs once we recover

yeah I think ETH has more upside and less downside compared to the upside

like ETH definitely won't out perform BTC in a bear market but I think when it does finally rise that will be more than offset in a few months

I've realized I'd rather hold that money as ETH and some USD to buy more ETH

sold most my BTC for ETH in bear markets over the years when the ratio was far lower and sold the little bit I had left into cash at 40-50k, I had more money in 15 alts at that point tho lol

BTC still seems like a good long term hold though I probably will get some more at some point I just am excited about Rollups, ETH2, NFTs and Defi

ive been slowly selling most of my s***coins and btc throughout the year to put it into ethereum and cardano

i like bitcoin but i believe that the governments don’t like it so im not keeping a major % of my investments in btc because you never know

I terms of Smart Contract L1s that compete with ETH I really like TERRA and ATOM, not sure how they'll do short term but they're doing interesting stuff in Defi and with next gen blockchain

if you look around at most L1s that claim to compete with ETH all they are is ghostchains or low effort copy pastas

i got into ada at 24 cents and keep on buying more just for the staking rewards themselves, but i think it's a great project but i have no idea how the price will turn out over time... but i'm holding
