It’s hard to say what the “inherent” value of an asset is, especially with crypto currencies now. A lot of market value in crypto is extra speculative in the sense that it exists more in peoples “minds” than that it is founded in reality (for as far as these two can be separated).

With Chia, I do not think that this project’s tokens should be valued over 200$ as it is right now, considering the farming hash rate, the current utility, the team and it’s prospects.*

I think that the majority of it’s value can be attributed directly to the crypto mania of current times. Projects such as Safemoon and Dogecoin are the living proof of this.

Personally, I would love to see Crypto dip harder even. This week has been pretty good in my eyes. I want this balloon to pop and grow more sustainable.

*I am aware that this is pure personal opinion too, and that this could be disputed.

yeah like I said in my post that would on the low side for a bull market price, the downside in a bear market would be far lower obviously its a new project

but part of the reason the price is so high is because of the high netspace, hash rate is mining.. proofs of space use netspace

that netspace would be a lot lower if it had a lower price, all those drives show people are willing to dump insane money into the network because they think it will moon but yeah obviously if it launched in a bear market the netspace would be lower

Cryptocurrencies always increase at a sustainable rate overtime if you look at it long term and we also can go far deeper and underextend in bearish times but yeah things were over extended but we could stay overextended for a long time even with the dip its hard to say, this happens in Cryptocurrency all the time though and its to be expected

volatility with new technologies is totally normal over history and people just get over excited & emotional I don't think you should assume things will increase at the same sustainable rate month to month until the market is more mature
