you might just be better off buying more Ethereum and staking it on Lido, unless you can find some GPUs at normal prices
best mining GPUs for the power usage are 3090, 3080, 5700xt, 3060ti
but maybe older stuff would make more sense since you have cheaper power

ASICs probably will have better performance for the price and power but that changes depending on the supply of ASICs I know there are shortages of those also
one issue with ASICs though is resale value, ETH ASICs will lose value faster than GPUs but that is once the ETH 2 merge happens / if prices fall
