my current cpu is my bottleneck, even with adjustments most i can do in parallel would be 2

you can plot offline but you can't farm

when it comes back online your farming again tho

without power tho the plots stop and need to be restarted, but not the finished ones

How good of a pc do u need to mine? I got a 2070 super

for Chia? GPU doesn't matter
GPU mining is mostly Ethereum mining at the moment

you need at least 10tb of storage or you won't get anything for like 6 months lol

you need 1tb+ TLC SSD or 5.9k+ HDD for temporary plotting

16GB+ RAM.. the RAM and Temp plotting drive size depends how many Plots you wanna make in parallel
4GB of free RAM per plot, 332GB per plot for temp

and a semi modern Ryzen5/i5 or better depending how much storage you have

the faster the CPU and temporary storage the better you'll plot

yup exactly with 16gb you should be able to do 3 plots at a time after the plotting is done you can just use any old computer to farm the chia from the plots on your drives if you wanna free up your main gaming pc

is the screen legible enough to see the full address clearly without scrolling? i like the bigger screen of the keepkey but i hear trezor one is still being updated

plotting speeds in Ubuntu/CentOS/Mac are 5-10% faster but there isn't a super developed GUI yet it's missing features

yeah it's definitely kinda a pain
it takes me a minute to read the address, you gotta scroll a bit

but yeah ledger and trezor are the two everyone supports if you use another one you won't even be able to get airdrops and things

the model t has a big screen it costs a lot more tho
