Keeperdao doing something similar for arb medium.com/keeperdao/gas-gambits-game-theory-example-of-incentivized-collaboration-9a42e9c9b867

In the future markets will be in state channels instead of on chain because of this imo. Miners can front run the way it is currently on uniswap, synthetix etc.

@0 whats your price target for polkadot?

i think it's very highly valued right now

it is a $3B project already with ETH @ $40B market cap

    that said in a bullmarket cycle and DOT bull case;

Eth goes to anywhere from $100B-$500B in market cap and DOT piggybacks and could grow to a $30-60B project. so like a 10x-20x from here

that would basically make DOT as big as ETH is today. seems possible if adoption of their tools continues

that said it could also consolidate in price here for quite some time given how much smart money is in it. i'd honestly avoid DOT for now, lower prices there should happen unless we really do start a bull run cycle in september into the new year

if you are interested in DOT you should just invest in the ecosystem projects that look to capitalize on its launch

there is obviously way more risk in that but you'll learn a lot more

same thing in 2017 with ETH icos is going to happen and already is happening to random DOT s***

    coingecko.com/en/coins/chainx

    coingecko.com/en/coins/kulupu

    etc

i cant in good faith recommend things that go up so much lol but maybe they'll go up more who knows

just wait for the next round of these types of projects that will launch now

is crypto more profitable than penny stocks?

crypto can get pretty penny. there were people last summer who got 100 thousands of RSR for what would only get you like 20 $NOK (nokia). those people have made bank this year

now obviously the market caps between RSR and nokia are way different. but there aint many stocks doing thousands of times jumps

Is there a simple way I can give a summary of what I'm investing in and someone knowledgeable can give me some advice? I feel like I'm not doing anything particularly stupid or risky but still I'm not seeing too much profit. Perhaps it's just the time of year or I need to invest a bigger sum to see bigger returns

Also, I hope this question is okay to ask here, because it's really been on my mind ever since hearing Trump say he wants to eventually pull us out of the WTO: what exactly would that mean for the stock market?

I'm not sure of what the WTO provides or facilitates. What would the consequences of us leaving it be?

My main fear is that the stock market is about to become a lot less lucrative than it historically has been, hence the recent lowering of the barrier to entry, with apps like Robinhood and allowing people to buy only fractions of a stock.

Trading in Financial Instruments carries a substantial level of risk and may result in a loss of all invested capital. It may be not suitable for all investors; please ensure that you understand your investment objectives, level of experience, risk appetite and, if necessary, seek advice from an independent financial advisor.

I only take financial advice from Wall Street Bets

Yeah it seems comfortable to talk with us cause we all want the same goal, but we all basically are gambling with no professional training
